- Farmville Municipal Golf Course Junior Golf Tournament will be held on Saturday, August 7, 2010. Click here for more information and registration form.
- The Farmville Planning Commission's regular meeting scheduled for Tuesday, July 20, 2010 has been rescheduled to Thursday, August 5, 2010 at 12:00 Noon at the Town Hall in the Town Manager's Conference room on the 1st floor, at 116 North Main Street Farmville, Virginia.
- The Recreation Department is now offering an Instructional Basketball Program at the Prince Edward High School Gym and Summer Fun Days at Wilcks Lake Island. For more information please contact the Recreation Department at 434-392-8465 or view the Program Guide page.
- 2010 Summer Programs are now available through the Town of Farmville Recreation Department. Programs include sports, outdoor activities, fitness programs and special events, for all ages. - Regular Town Council Meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. Town Council members will gather for dinner in the Town Manager's Conference Room located at 116 North Main Street, at 5:30 p.m. prior to each regularly scheduled Council meeting.
