Private individuals, groups and civic organizations may inquire about use of Town rental facilities by contacting Lindsey Smith in the Finance Department for availability of dates. All dates for availability must be verified prior to submitting application. Reservations are on a "first come, first serve" basis.
All requests for use must be submitted on the reservation contract along with payment and proof of liability insurance. No reservation will be confirmed over the phone or without payment. Form of payments accepted by the Town are cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. All reservations must be approved by the Town Manager.
