Board of Zoning Appeals

The Board of Zoning Appeals is the source through which the community can address problems arising from administrative decisions with regard to zoning. The Farmville Board of Zoning Appeals hears appeals and makes decisions with regards to granting variances, in hardship cases, from the zoning ordinance.

The Board of Zoning Appeals consist of five (5) members that are appointed by the Prince Edward County Circuit Court. Board members serve a term of five (5) years.
