Zoning Applications and Fees

There are several zoning forms, applications and certifications that may be required before you build or open a business. The following is a list of the applications and respective fees:

Homeowner Occupation Form /No Fee

Temporary Sign Permit /No Fee

Conditional Use Permit /$500.00

Re-Zoning/Zoning Amendment Application /$500.00

Zoning Permit Application /No Fee

If you require a Zoning Certification or a Compliance Letter please contact the Planning Department. There is a fee of $50.00 for Zoning Certification and Compliance Letters.

If you require a variance from the terms and conditions of the zoning ordinance, please contact the Planning Department. There is a fee of $250.00 for a zoning variance request.
