The Town of Farmville Treasurer’s Office is responsible for maintaining all Town accounting records, payment of all Town bills, the investment of funds, preparation of monthly and annual financial reports and payroll. The Treasurer’s office is also responsible for the preparation and collection of water/sewer bills, taxes and business licenses. They also handle the sale of cemetery plots and vehicle decals. The Town of Farmville Treasurer’s Office is located at 116 North Main Street, Suite 1003 in the Farmville Municipal Building. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Where to Pay

The Town of Farmville accepts payments in person or by mail at the above address. Payments are accepted in the form of cash, check, money order or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover). Credit card payments may be made by telephone during normal business hours by calling 434-392-3333. Payments that are postmarked on or before the due date will be considered timely.  There is also a drop box located in parking lot median directly behind the Town Municipal Building.  Customers may drive up to this box and drop in their payments.
