Motor Home Decals

Every owner of a mobile home located in the town, whether in a mobile home park or outside a mobile home park, shall pay an annual license tax of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per mobile home. Every owner or manager of a mobile home park shall pay an annual business service tax of thirty-six ($.36) per one hundred dollars ($100.00) of his gross receipts, plus a ten dollar ($10.00) issuance fee.

Mobile home decals are renewable beginning January 1st of each year and are due by the last day of February.

Upon payment, the treasurer shall issue the taxpayer a decal. This decal shall be attached to the mobile home in such a manner as to be plainly visible at a location nearest a street, road or driveway.
