The Clerk of Council provides administrative support to the Mayor and members of Council.  The clerk is charged with the responsibility of preparing and compiling all background materials for the agenda, maintaining the minute books of the Council meetings, all ordinances and resolutions adopted by the Town Council and all other official documents of the Town.

The Clerk of Council is appointed by Town Council.
