The Town of Farmville has several rental facilities that are available to the general public for use.

Private individuals, groups and civic organizations may inquiry about use of Town rental facilities by contacting the Town Manager's Office for availability of dates.

All request for use must be submitted on a reservation contract along with payment.  No reservation will be confirmed over the phone or without payment. Form of payments accepted by the Town are cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.  All reservations must be approved by the Town Manager.

Historic Farmville Train Station

Located at 510 West Third Street

The Train Station originally built in 1903, now has been transformed into a great place to hold small weddings, receptions, family get-togethers or holiday gatherings. The building consist of three (3) rooms and a small kitchen that has a refrigerator, two (2) stoves and two (2) microwaves. There are four restrooms located inside the Train Station. Wireless internet is also available.  Reservations are required.

The rental fee for use of the Train Station is $100.00 per day.

Wilck's Lake Island	Wilck's Lake Restrooms

Wilck's Lake Island

Located at 1623 West Third Street

Wilck's Lake Island is a beautiful outdoor facility with a pavilion, picnic tables, restrooms, spacious play areas and adequate parking. The island is a great place to hold a outdoor wedding or reception, company picnics and family gatherings.  Although it is available for use all year, the period from April 1st to November 1st is the busy season.  Fishing is permitted on the island with reservations.  Swimming is not permitted.

The rental fee for use of the Wilck's Lake Island is $75.00 per day.

Farmville Municipal Golf Course Banquet Room

Located at 36 Wedgewood Drive

The banquet room is located at the golf course and share the same building as the Golf Pro Shop. The banquet room can seat various size events and can be reserved for your next group or family activity, such as birthday parties, business meetings, family reunions, weddings and receptions. The banquet facility has a kitchen that is equipped with a stove and refrigerator.

The banquet room is currently unavailable until April 2010, due to renovations.   Reservations contracts are being accepted for dates beyond April 2010.

The rental fee for use of the Banquet Room is $400.00 per day plus a $100.00 deposit.

South Street Conference Building

Located at 112 North South Street

The South Street Conference Building consist of two (2) separate meeting rooms. Both rooms are furnished with tables and chairs.

The lower level room is equipped with  internet, television, a VHS/DVD player, Smart Board and projector, just bring your laptop and plug it in.  This room is ideal for classes or meetings with less than 50 people in attendance.

The upper level room is larger but is not handicap accessible. It also does not have a Smart Board or projector.

The rental fee for use of the South Street Conference Building is $100.00 per day.
