Proclaimed as “the best small town festival in the world”, the Heart of Virginia Festival will be held Saturday, September 16, 2023 Farmville. Founded in 1979, the festival celebrates the arts, music, and culture of Southside Virginia. It is a daylong event that takes place in downtown Farmville and ends at Riverside Park.
