Parking Tickets

Town of Farmville parking tickets may be paid at the Town Finance Department or by mail. We accept cash, check, debit, or credit cards. Credit cards accepted are VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. Application and Reservation Contract forms must be submitted with payment and proof of liability insurance.

Street Maintenance

The appearance, maintenance, and construction of the streets are an important function of the Street Department. If there is a problem or suggestion, please contact the Public Works Department at 434-392-3331 or email Public Works Department.

Water & Sewer Services

Establishing a water and sewer account

All new customers will need to complete a "New Customer Form" and provide a photo ID, such as a Driver's license. When completing the form, please be sure to list a phone number where you can be reached. The completed form may be returned by fax to 434-392-6135, by mail to P.O. Drawer 368, Farmville, VA 23901, or in-person to the Town of Farmville Treasurer's Office at 116 North Main Street, Farmville, VA 23901. Discontinuing Service

When discontinuing water and sewer service, the customer should complete a "Final Bill Request". The completed form should be returned to the Finance Department by noon of any regular business day if discontinuation of service is desired on the same day. When completing the form, please be sure to list a phone number and a forwarding address where you can be reached. The completed form may be returned by fax to 434-392-6135, by mail to P.O.
